Shipping CandyLipz Within Australia & NZ!

  • WE AIM TO SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE CLEARED PAYMENT, HOWEVER, THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON ORDER VOLUME AND BACKLOG. 
  • Express Post does NOT mean your order will be shipped the same day, nor does it mean your order will be shipped before anyone else's order! Express Post 'next day delivery' is NOT available due to us being outside of this network. Express Post simply means you will only be waiting up to 3-4 business days for your parcel once its been shipped, rather than up to 10+ business days if you had chosen Standard Post.

TERMS

  • CANDYLIPZ AUSTRALIA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS BEING SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. ALL ITEMS WILL BE POSTED TO THE EXACT ADDRESS YOU LIST ON YOUR ORDER.
  • IF YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE AS WELL AS THE REDIRECTION FEE AND AN INVOICE WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY YOU, BEFORE THE ITEM IS RE-SENT.
  • Please remember that we have ZERO control over Australia Post's delivery times. If you are wanting to track your parcel, please click the link on the email sent to you after your order was dispatched.
  • If you don't receive your parcel after 15 business days, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation. We cannot do this before 15 business days has passed.
  • Your order arrival time will depend on your location.
  • We only process orders on business days.

 

SHIPPING/TRACKING

  • A flat rate for STANDARD shipping is applied for all purchases that include packing and  handling.
  • ALL ORDERS WILL HAVE A BASIC TRACKING NUMBER SUPPLIED. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE INSURED. 
  • IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE SECURITY OF AN INSURED PARCEL, PLEASE PURCHASE REGISTERED POST. IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST BY AUSTRALIA POST AND IT IS NOT REGISTERED, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE LOSS. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS CAREFULLY.
  • CandyLipz Australia take NO responsibility for parcels lost in transit by Australia Post. When purchasing from our store, you are agreeing to these terms.

Please be aware, if your order is lost in transit, we do not offer a refund/replacement. We HIGHLY recommend you add insurance to your order so Australia Post can recover some of the costs of the lost item.
Australia Post do not fully refund you if they lose your parcel, so when you place an order that is uninsured, you're accepting these risks.

  • All parcels are shipped using Australia Post. You can track your parcel by clicking the 'Track Your Parcel' link and it will take you directly to the Australia Post web page.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • CandyLipz Australia HQ are located in North QLD. This may help you judge how long standard shipping may take. Usually 5 - 10 business days, depending on your location, however, we have have no control over postage times, this is an estimate.


If you do not want to wait up to 10 business days, please select the EXPRESS POST option.

  • Please note that due to our location, we are outside of the 'next business day delivery' window. Express may take 2-3 business days to arrive to most locations. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

If you live in WA or a remote or rural area, Express Post may take up to 4-5 business days.


If you live in a bad area and would like to sign for your package, please add the REGISTERED POST shipping. This will provide extra security for your package.


PLEASE NOTE:

CANDYLIPZ AUSTRALIA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS DUE TO AUSTRALIA POST.

ONCE THE PARCELS ARE POSTED, THEY ARE OUT OF OUR HANDS. OUR OBLIGATION ENDS WITH THE PARCEL BEING POSTED AND TRACKING NUMBER BEING SUPPLIED.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE EXTRA SECURITY, YOU MUST HAVE PURCHASED REGISTERED POST SO YOU CAN SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL AND SOME COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY AUSTRALIA POST IF YOUR ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL.

 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

  • Our shipping process to NZ is a little different to our process within Australia, so please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to be dispatched. 
  • All parcels to NZ are shipped with Pack & Track International via Australia Post.
