  • Some individuals may experience a little pinch from using the Xtreme Double-Lobed Lip Shaper® Pump. To make your experience more pleasant, use the Xtreme Single-Lobed Lip Shaper® Pump to enhance the appearance of your lips first. Once you are satisfied with your lip size, use Double-Lobed Lip Shaper® Pump to add the double-lobed lip appearance. Experiment and see what you like.
  •  If you like your lips to appear extremely large, use the Xtreme Single-Lobed Lip Shaper® Pump first to enhance the appearance of your lips. Once you are satisfied with your lip size, use Double-Lobed Lip Shaper® Pump to add the double-lobes lip appearance.
  • Drinking cold water may cause your lips to shrink faster. Drink warm water to help your enlarged lips appearance last longer.
  • If you want one lip to be larger, use the 1/2 moon-shaped Blocker to block suction to the top half of the lip pump.
  •  Train your lips nightly before bed to enhance the appearance your lips.
  •  Avoid all caffeinated related beverages and sodas as they deflate your lips very quick and make your lips resistant to lip enhancement.
  • If you have lingering cupping marks, your body may be low in iron. Eat an iron rich-diet for the next few weeks.

Thienna has been using her lip plumper for 4 years. Based on her personal experiences, her facial features are toner and she also looks years younger than her chronological age. Here are a few tips you can follow while you are using the lip plumper. During your two minutes of lip enhancement session, while the lip pump is attached firmly to your lips, use your lip and mouth muscles to move the lip plumper as follows:

Exercise 1: Move the pump in circular motion clockwise 10 times and counter clockwise 10 times.
Exercise 2: Lift the pump upward using your lip and mouth muscles and relax. Do this 10 times.
Exercise 3: Move the pump to the right 10 times.
Exercise 4: Move the pump to the left 10 times.
Rest for a 1 or 2 seconds between each set.


If these exercises are too much for you in the beginning, do 5 reps for each set. If they are very easy for you, do 15 reps each set.
